The Challenge

The leadership team at London-based firm Russell Cooke wanted to update their brand to reflect their first-division work, teams and clients. There was a need to retain some visual recognition of the brand amongst their existing client base.

The Solution

The creative team at Epigram worked to develop a range of new brand concepts, each moving the brand forward in a gentle, sophisticated way. Once the preferred creative direction was selected, this led to an evolution of the logo itself (not part of the initial brief) and application across a range of internal and external branded assets. Bespoke photography was undertaken to provide differentiation from stock images and to help bring the concept to life.

  • Reports and Brochures: As seen in the Blick Rothenberg’s Chinese and Japanese edition of "Establishing a Business in the UK," our designs incorporated sleek, professional layouts that convey complex information in an accessible format. We ensured that visual elements aligned with Asian cultural standards, appealing to local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Event Collateral: We crafted a visually cohesive suite of digital and print materials for Interlaw for 2024 Annual Global Meeting in Taipei, from the agenda and promotional assets for the website to social media posts. Each asset was tailored to engage both European and Asian participants, fostering a sense of unity and professionalism across borders.
  • Digital Assets: Our team produced digital content for social media and web platforms that were designed to capture attention while aligning with each firm's visual and communication style, ensuring brand recognition and professionalism on all fronts.

The Result

A sophisticated, cohesive brand identity that reflects both the heritage and modernity of the firm, its approach and its people. Core deliverables included comprehensive brand guidelines, a suite of templates for internal use, key client facing collateral, website re-skin and a bespoke animation articulating the firms’ ethos and position in the market.
